At Concise Industries we take pride in our welding operations. All of our welding personnel are trained and tested in the classroom, and then must pass welding skills tests and become certified for the process they will be using by either the American Welding Society and/or Canadian Welding Bureau. Each welder follows a weld procedure specification during production to ensure your product is welded to your requirements. A Certified Welding Inspector is on staff to help maintain current jobs as well as to set up new jobs. We can follow your company written Weld Specification, or recommend an existing Weld Specification that suits your product, so you can be sure your product is welded correctly and to industry standards.

Robotic Welding

Our Robotic Welding departments are supported by state-of-the-art robotic cells with a variety of control and manipulating equipment. With rotary table and servo driven ferris wheel positioners they are highly versatile in welding in confined spaces or complicated fixtures. They are an cost effective solution for medium to high volume runs.

Manual Mig and Tig Welding

We are highly proficient in welding stainless, aluminum, mild steel, and tool steels along with soldering. Certified Welding Inspectors are on staff to assure your stringent quality requirements are meet. Our company is equipped with all the latest mig/tig welders.

Spot and Stud Welding

If your requirements call for spot or stud welding we have a varitiety of equipment to meet your needs. Our staff is highly trained and certified on this equipment.
